Return Policy
You may return merchandise for the purchase amount of the order within 30 days from the date of delivery (refund based on the original form of purchase). If you paid with a credit card, the debited amount will be returned to the card number. If you paid by a check or money order, a company check will be sent to you after we have received the product.
Pretty Woman Perfume LLC does not exchange or refund on any item that has been opened.
You may return a fragrance, unused, within 30 days from the date of delivery. We will refund the purchase price of the fragrance in your account.
If a fragrance is damaged during shipment, please store the fragrance in a safe place and contact us immediately to file a claim at Fedex. Please note that it is very important for you to retain the damaged product in order to file the claim.
We will replace a product if defective, or any errors/mistakes made by Pretty Woman Perfume, LLC through out the shipping process.

Cancellation Policy
